Receiving Your How High Commissions:
Distributor commissions from your Sub-distributor and/or Wholesale Customer orders will be paid out 10-15 business days following confirmed delivery of their packages.

Sign Up Customers: Start signing up stores etc. as your Wholesale Customers on the Distributor Dashboard
Place Orders: Wait for our Pre-Order notification a week before sales launch and place your orders.

How Is This Legal?

How is this good of a high legal? The short answer: the 2018 Farm Bill.

How High features premium Hemp derived alternative cannabinoids currently sold throughout the country.

The DEA only prohibits the use of THC-O. That's the federally illegal ingredient to avoid. We only use Hemp based compounds that are protected by the 2018 Farm Bill. If the DEA ever adds any compounds to the illegal list, we will stop using them.

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)

How High delivers quality you can taste from a manufacturer you can trust.
And, to verify the experience, our products come with a reputable third party lab test called a Certificate of Analysis (COA).

We value transparency. COAs validate the ingredients in products and ensure quality control.

A COA guarantees that our customers can trust what they are consuming and allows our retailers to prove their legal compliance. For law enforcement purposes products must be under 0.3 Delta-9 and No THC-O and the COAs will prove this.

Each package shipped by How High will include a COA for all products. COAs will also be accessible on the How High website.

Keep in mind third-party labs only test for cannabinoids that are included in their protocol. Even in the case of the Extended Cannabinoid Profile panel, which we use, some elements will not appear on COAs.

How do I get paid?

You will receive any distributor commissions from your sub-distributor and/or wholesale customer orders 10-15 business days following confirmed delivery of their packages.

Will shipping boxes say How High?

No, all boxes will be in discreet packaging and the shipping label will say Relivia (our parent corporation).

Do you have any Banking suggestions?

The types of banks that are CBD & Hemp friendly are smaller, local banks like Signature Bank. For processing orders, Bankful etc. are industry friendly.

Can I start signing people up?

Yes, we encourage this. Lock in your team of Sub-Distributors and Wholesale Customers (stores etc.) by signing them up on your Distributor Dashboard account.
